Beyond Frustrated

I am sure I will have more to say about this...but we lost. If there was ever a picture that said all I need to say, then this is it. This was not just for kicks.

No...we don't need education in Coshocton. Wow...I am so frustrated.

I don't know which is worse... that the levy failed or that less than 2,700 people in the Coshocton district care enough to vote. Was that close to the expected turnout?

Sadly, considering weather conditions, it was pretty "high turnout."

"Short-sightedness" prevailed once again in Coshocton. Sometimes I miss living there and other times, like today, I wonder why I even try to help that place now that I'm away from it. If they want a quality community they need to be prepared to pay for a quality community. It seems like they want Saks Fifth Avenue on an Odd Lots budget.

This is sad thing to happen to Coshocton. Until the state figures out a way to properly fund schools, this is the only way a school district can raise additional money and sometimes something will happen like this to cause heartaches and headaches.

Sorry the levy failed. If only the strike would have been over a few days before, there may have been a better financial perception in the air.
