I checked my email this morning and saw one that was about "Jason Mitchell Star on the Rise."



Jason Mitchell is from Coshocton, Ohio and is the son of songwriter Dan Mitchell. Jason worked for me while I was at Longaberger...and he is now a "star on the rise."

Jason Mitchell was born in Nashville and baptized in her music at an early age. He spent the first 6 years of his life tagging along with his father, songwriter, (If You're Gonna To Play In Texas, You Gotta Have A Fiddle In The Band) producer Dan Mitchell to recording sessions all around Music City.

Jason attended The Recording Workshop near Chillicothe, Ohio after graduating from high school interested in becoming a recording engineer. His first job was at a local tourist destination where he ran sound for the live shows that his father produced.

However, two years into his gig, Jason decided to give singing a try. Auditioning and earning a spot on stage, he appeared in over 1350 shows ayear and became a favorite among the guests.

Now, Jason is taking his musical dreams to the next level. He has recorded a new project and is represented by Dale Morris & Associates, the management company responsible for Alabama, Kenny Chesney, Gretchen Wilson, Big and Rich and others.

His new single " Don't Get No Sand In It" is slated to be released nationwide and can be found exclusively on WeBlastOnline.com.
