Church Christmas Program

Last night was the Church Christmas program and it was a family affair! Amy helped with the preschoolers and kindergartners (of which Jade is a part). That group was first up and they sang to a packed house. Jade had a line in the play and in my completely objective opinion, she was magnificent!

Skylar was a part of the larger group from 2nd to 6th grade. They did the play "Miracle on Main Street" and she not only had a dance number, but also a solo. In an equally unbiased opinion, she was awesome!

The basic idea behind the play is that the children have this great Christmas play to put on and the mean old mayor cancels it because it will cause traffic problems on the square. And you guessed it, I played the mayor. Don't worry though, I came around and the play went on. (Just like a politician to flip-flop huh?)

Actually all the kids did a great job. They were pulled down by my performance...a bit lackluster, really!

They look like angels! And Kirby....a church leader....you might as well use those talents for Him!
